What subscription plans do you offer?
We offer four main plans: Pley Lite, Pleyful, Pley Pro, and Pley Deluxe. Each plan provides a different number of credits per 4-week period, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your family’s needs.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are your toy-renting currency. Each toy in our collection has a credit value, and your subscription provides you with a set number of credits each month. The more credits your plan provides, the more toys you can enjoy!
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your subscription plan at any time through your account settings. As your child grows and their play needs evolve, you can easily switch to a plan that offers more credits and possibilities.
What fees are involved in a subscription?
There are three main fees:
- Registration fee (one-time fee for new members)
- Deposit (refundable)
- Monthly subscription fee
We’ve streamlined our fee structure to keep it simple and transparent.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
We offer flexible plans ranging from monthly to annual subscriptions. Longer commitments often come with better rates, giving you more value for your playtime
What happens to unused credits at the end of the month?
Credits are renewed every month with your subscription. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
How does toy delivery work?
We offer one free delivery per month. If you request a second delivery in the same month, additional charges will apply.
How do I return the toys?
We provide a prepaid return label with each rental. Simply drop off the package at any J&T station near you by the end of your rental period.
What if I want to keep a toy for longer?
You can extend the rental period through your account. Credits for the extension will be deducted from your next month’s allowance.
Are there consequences for late returns?
To ensure fair access for all members, late returns may result in account restrictions. If you’re unable to return a toy on time, please contact us to discuss extension options.
