We offer one free delivery per month. If you request a second delivery in the same month, additional charges will apply.

How do I return the toys?

We provide a prepaid return label with each rental. Simply drop off the package at any J&T station near you by the end of your rental period.

What if I want to keep a toy for longer?

You can extend the rental period through your account. Credits for the extension will be deducted from your next month’s allowance.

Are there consequences for late returns?

To ensure fair access for all members, late returns may result in account restrictions. If you’re unable to return a toy on time, please contact us to discuss extension options.

Are batteries included if required?

We understand that play can sometimes be rough. Minor wear and tear is expected, but please inform us of any significant damage. We have a fair use policy in place to address such situations.
